Dennis Tietje, about to begin his sophomore Elite Series season, recently signed a sponsorship deal with Southern Bar-B-Que Sauce Company, a leading purveyor of Cajun sauces, seafood boils and seasonings.
Southern Bar-B-Que owner/president Drew Guinn noted: "I design my products to fit the flavor profile of both the hunter and the fisherman. All of my recipes are tried and proven on the back porch or at the camp. Dennis is the perfect fit to promote us. He has a passion for our products that's comparable to mine."
Interestingly, Tietje previously farmed crawfish and other crops in Louisiana, so the pairing seems a natural fit.
The Southern logo will be incorporated into Tietje's truck and boat wraps. Additionally, he'll represent the company at various promotional events and will carry sample products to tournaments to be given away.
