Fish-care products manufacturer Fishlife announced that it's added first-year Bassmaster Elite Series angler Wes Logan to its pro staff.
Logan, who competed on the FLW Tour for the 2018-19 seasons, decided to pursue qualifying for the Elite Series through the Bassmaster Opens in 2019 as well. The Springville, Ala. resident managed to not only qualify for the Elites, but he won the Bassmaster Central Opens Angler of the Year title along the way. In his FLW career, Logan managed to put together career earnings of $157,000, two BFL wins, and a total of eight top-10 finishes.
Logan said that taking care of his catch is vital, and having Fishlife Fish Care Products will be a huge asset.
“We spend a lot of time and effort trying to locate and catch fish, and not taking care of them is irresponsible, he said. “I believe fish care is a huge deal when it comes to tournament fishing and with all of the great Fishlife Fish Care products working as first aid, I am confident that every fish I catch will be returned to the water healthy to thrive and live to be caught another day. I believe in the products and am proud to be representing them in my rookie year on the Elite Series.”
