Yesterday The Bass Federation Inc. (TBF) announced that it hired former BASS employee Ruth Bozeman as its new administrator of Federation membership programs.
Bozeman, who lives in Montgomery, Ala., worked at BASS for 3 years in the Federation department. Some of the things she was responsible for included: coordinating and maintaining relationships with state Federation presidents, reps and sponsors; planning the Federation divisionals and national championship; and handling the Federation Outstanding Achievement Awards Program.
"Ruth is a sharp, young businesswoman and brings a vast amount of Federation knowledge to the table as well as a strong work ethic," said TBF president Robert Cartlidge. "Any company would be proud to have someone with her talent on board, and we are thrilled that she has agreed to join our team."
Bozeman said: "I have enjoyed spending the past 15 months being a new mother, but I am excited about returning to my Federation family."
Cartlidge said more TBF staffing needs will be filled over the coming months.
