Strike King lands Meyer

Strike King announced over the holiday break that it has reached a partnership agreement with FLW Tour angler Cody Meyer.

“Cody came very highly recommended to us as not only a talented and innovative young pro angler, but also as a genuinely great guy, both of which are very important to our organization in terms of fit and value to our brand," said Strike King chief operating officer Allan Ranson. "In all my research and dealings with Cody, I have been extremely impressed and feel certain that he will greatly add to our new product development and brand marketing, especially as it relates to west coast relevance."

Meyer had been aligned with Jackall Lures for several years prior to signing with Strike King.

“I consider it a great honor to be joining Strike King. It is both humbling and exciting,” said Meyer, who finished 2nd to Andy Morgan in last year's FLW Tour Angler of the Year standings. “They build products that are staples in the tackle boxes of anglers everywhere, from Kevin VanDam, to the kid fishing in a farm pond. They are the perfect combination of innovation, function and value."
