Blaylock to run a Legend

Blaylock to run a Legend

On the heels of his fourth consecutive Top-25 finish in FLW Tour Angler of the Year points, Stetson Blaylock announced over the holidays that he's joining the Legend Boats Bricksquad.

Blaylock will be running the new Legend V-20 for the FLW Tour and the Bassmaster Opens in 2015.

"I can't get over the amount of room on the deck of the new V-20," he said. "Beyond the deck space, I am finding that this boat handles like a sports car on the water and handles rough water extremely well. What more can you ask for from a bass boat – the Legend V-20 has it all: comfort, performance, and a safe rough-water ride."

Blaylock is the latest pro to switch to Legend, based in Midway, Ark.

"Stetson has had an excellent start to his career," said Kody Bradbury of Legend. "He was the youngest angler to ever win an FLW Tour level event when he won on Lake Norman in 2009. For the past 6 years, he's been one of the most consistent FLW Tour anglers, making five of six Forrest Wood Cups. He's a great fit for our company."

Blaylock has added incentive to qualify for his sixth career Forrest Wood Cup this season.

"The Cup is near my home on Lake Ouachita this coming summer," he added. "It's also not far from Legend Boats. I'd love nothing more than to win my first Cup in Arkansas, but I have six events before that to focus on."
