Western Outdoor News is reporting that Southern California angler Mike Hart, who allegedly stuffed lead weights down the throats of bass in an attempt to win the 2010 WON Bass U.S. Open at Lake Mead, will be prosecuted for fraud by Nevada authorities. The Category B felony carries a sentence of 1 to 10 years in state prison and no more than $10,000 in fines, or a combination thereof.
