Limited quantities of free tickets for the Toyota Texas Bass Classic (TTBC), to be held Oct. 28-30 at Lake Conroe, are still available through sponsor promotions, Houston-area Toyota dealerships, Academy Sports + Outdoors locations and at ToyotaTexasBassClassic.com.
Tickets are available individually for Friday, Saturday and Sunday and will cover admission to all of that day's festivities, including the daily concert. Walk-up tickets on the day of the event will be available for a suggested donation of $10 per person to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) and its year-round education and conservation efforts. Kids age 17 and under will be admitted free all 3 days as long as they're accompanied by a ticketed adult.
The tournament will feature the top points-earners from the Bassmaster Elite Series, FLW Tour and PAA Tournament Series. Weigh-ins at the Lone Star Convention and Expo Center in Conroe are free to the public.
Concert headliners are Billy Currington (Friday), Pat Green (Saturday) and Robert Earl Keen (Sunday). Among other attractions will be fishing seminars conducted by pro anglers and some monster bass in the Berkley Bass Tank.
