Texan Keith Combs, who'll compete in the Bassmaster Classic next month and then make his Bassmaster Elite Series debut in March, has signed a sponsorship deal with automatic battery-jumper manufacturer Tournament Saver Pro.
"I've used their product for a couple of years now and I'm excited about the new one coming onto the market," said Combs, who logged two Top-10 finishes on the FLW Tour last year. Any serious tournament fisherman or anybody who uses a boat a lot will benefit from this product. Eventually we're all going to have problems with our cranking battery, and this totally eliminates that."
Company owner Cliff Brown said the Tournament Saver Pro Elite should hit the market by mid- to late April.
"We're really excited to have Keith on board," he said. "He's a local guy and he'll do a great job representing our product."
