Combs, Reehm Classic-bound

FLW Tour pro Keith Combs and Bassmaster Elite Series pro Clark Reehm claimed the two Bassmaster Classic spots offered via the Central Opens as the circuit concluded today at Lake Texoma out of Denison, Texas. Mike Pharr (pictured) won the event with a 10-13 final-day bag that gave him a 3-day total of 27-04.

Combs, the day-2 leader, finished 3rd in the tournament, but topped the final points list. Reehm ended up 5th in the tournament and edged out Craig Schuff, the points leader coming into the event, for the second Classic slot.

Pharr, who failed to weigh a limit on any of the 3 days, relied on a variety of baits. Full details of his winning pattern will be posted soon.
