BPT: By the numbers

BPT: By the numbers

With six Bass Pro Tour tournaments in the books, there are plenty of numbers to look at. More than 18,000 bass have been caught so far. Sixteen anglers have caught 300 or more bass. Nineteen have eclipsed the 500-pound mark. Three anglers have been on the water for at least 20 of the 24 possible competition days with Lake Conroe winner Edwin Evers and current points leader Jeff Sprague leading the way with 21 days apiece.

It’s no surprise then that Sprague leads all anglers with 387 bass and Evers is tops in total weight with 719-10.
