Balog: Women on the rise?

Joe Balog recently interviewed Isaac Payne, who coaches both the men's and women's bass fishing teams at Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia. Payne pointed out some facets of the sport in which women anglers seem to excel to a greater degree than their male counterparts and Balog predicts that we'll soon see females competing at the sport's highest level.
