The conditions today at Lake Ouachita were quite different than they were on day 1. Cloudy skies were prevalent throughout the morning and that had some banking on a prolonged – and potentially better – topwater bite. Still, it was a grind to get fish to commit to baits and when they did, they weren't awful big.
Here's a taste of a little of what went down on the water this morning.

Like Night and Day
