The California Delta kicked out 13 stringers that exceeded 20 pounds Thursday as the third Western EverStart Series of the season got under way.
Leading the way is Sean Stafford, who caught 28-12. He's 3 1/2 pounds clear of Stephen Tosh, Jr., who bagged 25-04. Miles Howe is 3rd with 23-15.
