FLW Tour angler Dave Lefebre has been putting the hammer to some Lake Erie smallmouth lately using the new Rapala Scatter Rap minnow.
The unique lip design on this bait imparts an erratic, hunting action, but as Lefebre has learned there are tweaks an angler can make to give the bait additional action in the water.
In this video posted on his YouTube page, Lefebre makes a slight adjustment and sees it pay off immediately.
