B.A.S.S. announced this week that it's seeking marshals to ride along with Bassmaster Elite Series competitors during three events. Those tournaments will take place at the Alabama River out of Montgomery, Ala. (May 16-19), the St. Lawrence River out of Waddington, N.Y. (Aug. 8-11) and Lake St. Clair/Detroit River out of Detroit, Mich. (Aug. 22-25).
“It’s an ideal opportunity to learn the latest and best bass fishing techniques from the anglers who invented and perfected them,” said B.A.S.S. tournament director Trip Weldon. “There’s no better classroom and no better opportunity to gain the insight needed to take bass fishing to the next level.”
