Robbie Dodson not only finds himself on a familiar lake this week, but he's also in a familiar spot on the leaderboard after day 1 of the Lake of the Ozarks Central EverStart.
The Harrison, Ark., native who already has an EverStart win to his credit this year (Table Rock Lake) boxed a 19-01 limit today and enjoys a 2-plus pound lead over Dennis Berhorst, who caught 16-13. Ralph Laster, Jr. caught 16-03 and sits in 3rd. The rest of the Top 10 is separated by just 1-05. Cloudy conditions were prevalent throughout the day and are expected to last through tomorrow when the field cuts down to the Top 10 before Saturday's final round.
