Rapala announced today that it's formed a strategic manufacturing and exclusive distribution partnership with Versa Electronics, the parent company of electronics manufacturer MarCum Technologies. Marcum will maintain all responsibility for product development, production and customer service, while Rapala will take over all sales, marketing and distribution, effective April 2, 2012.
