Due to the blizzard that rocked the East Coast in late October and left many residents of that region without electricity or Internet access, The Bass University has extended its offer of 15% off 2012 ticket prices through midnight on Nov. 14. The offer includes the Orange Beach, Ala. session, which was recently added to the schedule.
BU also announced that the Alabama Rig, which has captivated the bass-fishing world over the last couple of weeks, will be a big part of each session. Discussion will include how and when to employ it, and where it's legal and where it isn't.
Here's a look at the 2012 schedule with the latest list of speakers:
> Jan. 7-8 – Shreveport, La. (Mike Iaconelli, Ish Monroe, George Cochran, Pete Gluszek and two additional speakers to be added)
> Feb. 11-12 – Worcester, Mass. (Mike Iaconelli, John Crews, Pete Gluszek and three additional speakers to be added)
> Feb. 18-19 – Oaks, Pa. (Dave Wolak, Kevin Short, Pete Gluszek, Scott Martin and three additional speakers to be added)
> March 3-4 – Suffern, N.Y. (Mike Iaconelli, Ish Monroe, John Crews, Pete Gluszek and two additional speakers to be added)
> March 31-April 1 – Orange Beach, Ala. – (Mike Iaconelli, Randy Howell, Pete Gluszek and three additional speakers to be added)
