Mark Rose is now ranked 3rd in the world – the highest he's ever been ranked across his 12-year career. Only KVD and Edwin Evers stand in front of him.
Rose has told BassFans several times that he's not a typical pro in that he doesn't set goals to win or clinch titles, or measure himself in that way.
When asked if he feels the same way about the World Rankings, and being ranked No. 3, he said: "Anytime you're recognized, yeah, it's a good feeling. But I don't try to chase things like that, as I've said. It's not exactly what makes me tick. But for all the people who stand behind me, it's just a good thing for them to get recognized and show how their support has gone a long way, and how much I appreciate it."
