Florida Bassmaster Elite Series pro, Bernie Schultz has signed a multi-year agreement to represent Legacy Outdoors, a new online vendor of hunting, fishing and outdoor equipment.
Since the inception of the Elite Series in 2006, Rapala has been Schultz’s title sponsor. Last year, however, Rapala developed a partnership with FLW Outdoors, which led to modifications of its pro-staff program. Schultz said that he is still very much involved with Rapala, and that this new opportunity will benefit all involved.
“The Legacy deal is a perfect fit,” he said. “It will actually enhance my position with the various tackle companies I represent, since Legacy will offer a discount program for customers seeking my sponsors’ products.”
