Brief media note: Russ "Bassdozer" Comeau (right) has been named the new editor-in-chief of Bass West USA magazine. Current editor Jamie Cyphers (left) will continue with the magazine as editor and work alongside Comeau.
"Bass West USA is the premier periodical in the West and in the USA in terms of compelling writers and robust graphic layout," Comeau said. "The premise has always been to serve as a clearinghouse for contemporary western angling know-how. My plans include to mix in writers and key articles from other regions to cross-pollinate all the latest tactics that inspire and enthuse anglers across the country."
