Asian carp update

Two items of interest in the battle to keep destructive Asian carp out of the Great Lakes.

President Obama recently appointed former Indiana DNR chief John Goss as "carp czar." He'll oversee the struggle to keep the invasive fish out of the Great Lakes.

Also, court proceedings continue in federal court in Chicago today. Several state attorneys general filed suit to demand that more be done to stop the carp, such as close the Chicago locks, and today's hearing is on that suit.
