TTBC Qualifier field

The Professional Anglers Association (PAA) today announced the field of anglers competing in the Toyota Texas Bass Classic (TTBC) Qualifier scheduled for Feb. 8-9 on Texas' super-hot Choke Canyon Reservoir. The 64-angler field is made up of competitors from 20 different states, including five invitees from the National Collegiate Bass Fishing Championship.

About the field, PAA President Mark Davis said: "The PAA members who stepped up to the plate and entered this qualifier have shown us their spirit and support for their organization. We hope they are rewarded with some great fishing at Choke Canyon, which from what we've heard from the experts, rivals the quality of bass fishing at any lake in the state of Texas."

The Top 25 finishers will advance to the 2008 Toyota Texas Bass Classic, April 18-20 on Lake Fork.
