Bass recently released the payout structure and registration dates for its newly announced 2007 Bassmaster Open Series. Here's a summary. (Note that the pro entry fee is $1,000 per event, which is $200 less than the previous 2005 Open entry fee. BASS has also published the 2007 Open rules on its site.)

2007 Bassmaster Open Registration
Sun., Dec. 3 – Registration open to the following pros and co-anglers who are signing up for all three tournaments in a single division:
> Top 50 Pros from 2006 Northern and Southern Tours
> Top 50 Co-Anglers from 2006 Northern and Southern Tours
> 2006 Elite Series pros
Sun., Dec. 10 – Registration open to the following pros and co-anglers who are signing up for all three tournaments in a single division:
> Federation Nation, BASS Insider and BASS life members
> Bassmaster Series Top 30 boaters and non-boaters from each division (total of 30 divisions)
Sun., Dec. 17 – Open registration for BASS members signing up for all three tournaments in a single division.
Sun., Jan. 7 – Open registration for all BASS members signing up for single Bassmaster Open tournaments, Open packages and Elite Series Wildcard Qualifier.
