It's not often that you see an article on an aspiring professional angler in a golf publication, but one showed up this week when Golfdom Magazine produced a story on Zach Ferone, an assistant course superintendent in Ohio who overcame an addiction to prescription drugs resulting from injuries suffered as a pitcher in minor league baseball. Now clean for 8 years, Ferone hopes to fish his way on to one of the top tours.
