"I ran across my 80-year-old dad’s possum belly tackle box the other day and found tons of old lures and memories. One that stands out among them all is this Bagley crankbait from at least 35 years ago. Dad caught tons of bass with it until a toothy bowfin got ahold of it. Puncture wounds and balsa cracks were the result, but Pops patched it as best he could to put it back in the fight – a good crank is hard to replace."
