An unidentified man was videoed as he took a plunge into the aquarium tank on Sunday at the Bass Pro Shops in Fort Myers, Fla.
BPS released a statement that said such actions are “illegal, dangerous and highly discouraged. We work with law enforcement to investigate all individuals who personally attempt or are involved with such activities.”
However, a local TV news station conveyed that the Lee County Sheriff's Office had no report on the incident.
