Abu Garcia adds seven to pro staff

Rod and reel manufacturer Abu Garcia has added seven pro bass anglers to its pro team roster. The pros will represent Abu Garcia throughout the 2019 Season on various tournament trails, including the Bassmaster Elite Series, FLW and the Major League Fishing Bass Pro Tour. The new pros consist of some familiar names who are expanding their sponsorship with Abu Garcia, as well as some who are new to the team this year.

Here's who has been added to the Abu Garcia team:

> Keith Poche (MLF): Rods and reels
> Mike Huff (Elite Series): Rods and reels
> Joey Cifuentes (FLW Tour): Rods and reels
> Bradley Dortch (FLW Tour): Rods and reels
> John Cox (FLW Tour): Rods and reels
> Matt Stefan (FLW Tour): Reels
> Andy Wicker (FLW Tour): Rods and reels

“We are excited to be able to invest in Abu Garcia and to be adding these elite anglers to our pro team,” said Jon Schlosser, VP Marketing for Abu Garcia. “The brand has launched some amazing products over the last year, most notably the Revo Rocket which delivers a staggering 41 inches of line per turn. The Revo Rocket is a favorite among our pro anglers and we’re excited to see it, and many of the other new Abu Garcia products, out on tour this year.”

The seven new anglers will join Abu Garcia’s existing pro line up, which includes Mike Iaconelli, Jordan Lee, Justin Lucas, Josh Bertrand, Fletcher Shryock, Hunter Shryock, Bobby Lane, Adrian Avena, Hank Cherry, Brandon Card, Chris Groh, Micah Frazier, Shane Lehew, Josh Weaver, Chad Warren, Tom Redington, Justin Atkins, Scott Suggs, Brandon Cobb, Chad Pipkens, Brian Latimer, Bryan Thrift, Anthony Gagliardi, and Koby Kreiger (reels).
