Scanlon signs with insurance company

FLW Tour angler Casey Scanlon has entered into a sponsorship agreement with Boater’s Insurance Agency, California-based firm that operates on a nationwide basis.

“Boater’s Insurance Agency is excited to be a sponsor for Casey Scanlon," said company marketing director Gabe Berkowitz. "Our agency has long-standing relationships with many of the country’s top boat dealerships and is recognized by many of the leading tournament-fishing organizations, professional bass fishermen and trail series alike.

"BIA has created a policy for pro anglers that is unparalleled in the market. Many anglers require specific coverage from their pro staff manufacturers and sponsors that aren’t readily available from big-box insurance companies. BIA understands those requirements to provide proper coverage and protection, which is vital to any pro angler.”

Said Scanlon: “My boat and equipment are my livelihood. It only makes sense to insure them with an industry leader that specializes in the marine industry. I know plenty of fishermen who found out the real value of their insurance when they went to make a claim. They learned the hard way that not all boat insurance is equal. It absolutely pays to go with Boater’s Insurance Agency.“
