Rowland reaches $1 mil

Although payouts continue to increase at a rapid rate, the benchmark of $1 million in career earnings is still pretty rare. Zell Rowland fished his first BASS tournament in 1970 (when he was 13 years old), but it wasn't until last week, when he made the Top 50 cut at the Amistad Bassmaster Elite Series, that he finally surpassed the $1 million mark for career BASS earnings.

> He's earned an additional $65,750 in FLW Outdoors competition.
