Horton wearing green
Alabama's Tim Horton has long worn the blue-and-white colors of ProCraft, his boat sponsor. That'll change this year. His new uniform, which he'll wear at the Bassmaster Classic, is green, yellow and red. "It's Bass Pro Shops colors," he said. "It's just a different look."

He's done well at Florida's Lake Toho (site of the Classic) in the past. He won here in 2001, and also won down the road at Lake Okeechobee in 2004. Within tour-level fishing, Florida's notorious as a love-it-or-hate it state. Put Horton in the love-it column.

"I think it comes down to confidence," he said of his high Florida finishes. "I've been fortunate to have some good tournaments, and you always look forward to going to lakes you've done well at. I feel comfortable here, and that really helps me make the right decisions."

Did you know? In tests, Berkley found that catch rates for Berkley Gulp! were better than soft-plastics and better than live bait.
