Joel St. Germain is the only angler from Rhode Island to ever qualify for the Bassmaster Classic through the BASS Federation National Championship, and he's done it twice. He narrowly missed the cut at the 2003 Classic and has his sights set on fishing the final day this year at Lake Toho.
