Anglers have a chance to win a new Abu Garcia Revo before they become available to the public in a contest that the company will conduct over the next month. Winners will receive a
Revo MGXtreme, Revo MGX or Revo ALX.
The new Revo MGXtreme incorporates a new Super Lightweight Concept (SLC) spool design with hybrid-ceramic bearings for improved casting performance. It is the lightest Revo ever produced at 4.5 ounces.
Ten stainless steel HPCR (High Performance Corrosion Resistant) bearings, combined with the IVCB-4 casting system, give the MGX the casting performance that has made it famous. The MGX also utilizes the Carbon Matrix drag system with a maximum drag of 17 pounds.
Engineered to give anglers the compact performance along with the versatility of a heavy duty reel, the ALX features an aluminum frame for added strength while the C6 carbon side plates and aluminum main gear allow for maximum weight optimization.
