FLW announced today that the Rayovac Series tournament on Clear Lake, scheduled for Sept. 24-26, the College Fishing Western Conference Championship scheduled for Sept. 26-27 and the FLW/TBF High School Fishing Western Conference Championship scheduled for Sept. 27 have been rescheduled for the weekend of Oct. 15-18, due to the wildfires currently wreaking havoc in Northern California.
“Our prayers are with the hundreds of families that have lost homes to the Valley and Butte wildfires burning in California and with the thousands of firefighters working to contain the blazes,” said Kathy Fennel, FLW President of Operations. “Given the state of emergency that now exists in California, our best course of action is to reschedule the final Rayovac FLW Series Western Division qualifier, FLW College Fishing Western Conference Championship and the High School Fishing Western Conference Championship on Clear Lake. We look forward to holding these events in mid-October.”
All previously published information regarding takeoff and weigh-in locations remains unchanged.
