Jason Lieblong held onto his lead at the Lake Dardanelle Central Rayovac in Arkansas on Friday, but his advantage was reduced to 14 ounces with 1 day remaining.
“The big fish bit a whole lot better yesterday, but today was nothing but smaller ones,” Lieblong told FLWOutdoors.com. “I had maybe nine or 10 keepers all day, but they were all about 2 pounds. Then I caught one that weighed 5-12 in the last hour."
Lieblong's 14-07 bag pushed his 2-day total to 34-01. His closest pursuer is Kerry Milner, who caught 17-05 on day 2 for a 33-03 total. Josh Hilton was 3rd with 29-11 in the wake of an 18-05 stringer.
