Three more FLW Tour pros pull out

Three more FLW Tour pros pull out

FLW announced today that Tony Dumitras, Dale Hightower and Jeremy Starks have withdrawn from the remaining two regular-season FLW Tour events in the 2015 season. Kevin Stewart will also miss the Chickamauga event for a family obligation, but will return for the final regular-season tournament at the Potomac River.

A field of 148 pros will compete next week at in the event at Lake Chickamauga.

Dumitras, a Georgia resident, recently suffered a heart attack and was ordered by doctors to refrain from fishing for the next 3 to 4 months. He hopes to return for the 2016 season. He had fished four events in 2015 with a best showing of 136th at Lake Eufaula.

Hightower, of Oklahoma, had also fished four events this season, with his best finish (88th) coming at Beaver Lake. Starks, of West Virginia, fished just one event on Tour this year after being called up from the waiting list in April. He finished 145th at Beaver.

Stewart, a Californian, has fished in four events this year and is ranked No. 134 on the points list.
