The key decision for Casey Ashley at this year's Bassmaster Classic came on day 3 of the event when he opted to bypass going to key areas where he'd gotten bites on a jig in practice. Instead, he stuck with the horsehead underspin jig his father had made for him. It paid off, obviously, as he went on to win the event at Lake Hartwell.
