Rigid Industries LED Lighting announced it has been acquired by Truck-Lite Co., LLC of Falconer, N.Y., a member of the PENSKE Corporation, according to a report in Fishing Tackle Retailer.
The deal better positions Rigid Industries and Truck-Lite to offer a complete package of DOT, off-road and accessory LED lighting for not only on- and off-road vehicular markets, but also markets in a wide variety of heavy-duty and commercial vehicle categories.
Over the past few years, Rigid Industries has developed a presence in the fishing market with sponsorships of several pro bass anglers and a sponsorship deal with B.A.S.S.

Both companies' products are designed, engineered and manufactured in the USA.
