Veteran Albert Collins, a former Bassmaster Classic qualifier, moved into the lead on Friday at the Sam Rayburn Reservoir Texas Rayovac with a 17-15 stringer that pushed his 2-day total to 34-11.
He has a lead of a little more than 2 1/2 pounds over Ohio's Nick Prvonozac, who bagged 16-12 on day 2 for a 32-02 total. FLW Tour pro Rich Dalbey was 3rd with 31-10 after catching a stout 18-14 stringer.
Day-1 leader Andrew Upshaw dropped to 4th with 31-06 as he weighed 11-07.
