FLW schedule conflicts with Lake Fork TTBC

A conflict between the Kentucky Lake FLW Tour and the Toyota Texas Bass Classic next spring means the TTBC field at Lake Fork will likely be missing the FLW Tour contingent that qualified for the event through this year's points.

When FLW released its 2014 schedule during last week's Forrest Wood Cup, it was discovered that the Kentucky Lake event, scheduled for May 8-11 at Paris, Tenn., conflicts with the TTBC, which is slated for May 9-11 at Lake Fork in Texas. The dates for the 2014 TTBC were announced this past January.

The top 15 anglers in this year's Angler of the Year standings from the Bassmaster Elite Series, FLW Tour and PAA Series will qualify to fish the TTBC at Lake Conroe this October as well as the event next May at Lake Fork.

Here's a list of the FLW Tour anglers who qualified (based on order of finish in AOY standings): Andy Morgan, Stetson Blaylock, Jacob Powroznik, Jason Christie, Bryan Thrift, Justin Lucas, Adrian Avena, Brent Ehrler, Luke Clausen, Randall Tharp, Cody Meyer, Spencer Shuffield, Mark Rose, Dan Morehead and Jay Yelas.
