Livingston lands Morgan

Reigning FLW Tour Angler of the Year Andy Morgan is the newest member of the Livingston Lures pro staff, the company announced Tuesday.

“After meeting Andy Morgan at ICAST, I was impressed with his humbleness and in speaking with him I realized he is a true ambassador to the sport," said Livingston Lures CEO Fred Battah. "While negotiating an official sponsorship with FLW, I was even further impressed to find out that Andy was the 2013 FLW Angler of the Year. We are excited to support his endeavors and to welcome him to our Livingston Lures national pro team.”

Morgan, who's set to fish his record 16th Forrest Wood Cup this week, is the third FLW Tour angler to sign with Livingston this year, joining Jacob Powroznik and Stetson Blaylock.

"Livingston Lures has made quite a splash in our industry over the past year and I am happy to be the newest member of their pro angler team," he said. "I have a lot of respect for the current team members and I look forward to working with them on future lure designs, testing, and promotion."
