Former B.A.S.S. tournament director Harold Sharp was rummaging around in a jewelry box recently and came across this souvenir pin the organization issued at its 1985 Bassmaster Invitational at Lake Chickamauga, which was won by Denny Brauer. He wonders how many of them are still around.

Look at the fine detail on the tiny palette – they just don't make pins like that anymore (at least not ones that are given away by the dozens).

"Just before I left B.A.S.S. in 1987, we started thinking about small pins," he said. "Most of the anglers had filled their tournament jackets with large patches that we issued for each tournament, so we were looking to replace them with pins. But I left soon after that and never got it in effect."
