Toyota announced that it'll conduct its 2nd annual no-entry-fee Bonus Bucks Team Tournament Sept. 8 at Lake Wheeler in Alabama. All currently registered, eligible Bonus Bucks participants are invited to compete with the exception of Bassmaster Elite Series, PAA and FLW Tour pros, and only one team member must be registered to gain eligibility.
"A no-entry-fee team event is a great way to celebrate the humbling allegiance and loyalty that serious bass anglers have shown our brand by purchasing and towing with a Toyota truck," said engagement marketing manager Jim Baudino.
The event will take place out of Ingalls Harbor and Toyota will provide a free dinner for participating teams on both Friday and Saturday nights. B.A.S.S. tournament officials will be on hand to help orchestrate the competition.
The Top 30 teams are guaranteed a paycheck and the first 200 to register will receive a gift pack containing lures and Toyota-branded clothing. Participants will also get an opportunity to visit with Team Toyota members Kevin VanDam, Terry Scroggins, Gerald Swindle and other Elite Series pros.
