Not only does Skeet Reese drive the largest truck among all pro anglers, but he also caught the largest limit at the Bassmaster Elite Series event on Lakes Norfork and Bull Shoals.
The five-bass limit he brought to the scales on day 3 at Bull Shoals weighed more than 19 pounds, and vaulted him to a 2nd-place finish overall. He earned $25,000 in prize money and $500 in LEER “Cover Cash” for capping his highly recognizable yellow truck with a LEER.
“Being from California, I almost never take my truck home once I come out on tour in March,” he said. “So I absolutely have to have a truck cap that’s dry and secure to carry and protect nearly every piece of fishing equipment I depend on to make my living, and my LEER cap provides that.”
You don’t have be to one of the world’s top pros like Reese to win bonuses from LEER; and you don’t have to win your event to collect the Cover Cash. You simply have to be the highest eligible finisher in your qualified event.
