Giggy = Gambler

Ever heard of the Giggy head? It one of the hotter, but lesser-known, finesse jigheads out there right now. BassFans in the know might recall that Clark Wendlandt threw it at the FLW championship and finished 3rd. Wendlandt fishes for Gambler, and at the championship, he and fellow Gambler pro Mike Surman convinced Gambler owner Val Osinski that the Giggy was the real deal.

Osinski confirmed to BassFan that Gambler has now taken over sales and marketing of the Giggy head. "We're selling it as a Gambler product now," Osinksi said. "It's an awesome head, and basically, we're using it to get into the finesse market across the board."

The heads will become increasingly available through Gambler's site over the coming weeks. The unpainted head should be available now, while the black and green-pumpkin versions are coming soon. And Gambler plans to release four new finesse plastics built specifically for the head.
