FLW Tour stalwarts Andy Morgan and David Dudley have teamed up with Easy2Hook on the development of a new flipping hook that utilizes Easy2Hook’s no-knot technology and allows anglers to realize 100 percent true line strength.

The hook differs from traditional fishing hooks in that the Easy2Hook design incorporates a small knob on the hook shank that acts as the anchor point for the line. Once the line is wrapped around the knob and then wrapped several times around the hook shank and slid through the open eye, it’s ready to go. The no-knot process eliminates the weakness created by traditional knots.

"When I first saw this hook I was totally amazed by the concept,” Dudley said. “After testing, and using the hook, I was sold. Since I started using the new flipping hook I have eliminated breaking fish off. Less line break offs means more fish and more fish means better tournament results. There is no doubt Easy2hook has helped make me a better fisherman."

The flipping hook is a heavy gauge hook and will be available in a 4/0 size initially.
