By BassFan Staff

On BassFan today, we are introducing a new feature called BassFan Up Close, a periodic video series that will examine topics and issues in the sport of bass fishing. The first topic we delve into is the most significant and memorable days from the careers of pro anglers. In one-on-one interviews, the pros recall in their own words just one single day out of the hundreds, if not thousands, of days they’ve spent on the water.

In these #BassDayEver conversations, pros will reveal the details around that particular day and spell out why it still resonates in their mind. In some cases, one single day helped shape or revive a career.

To that end, we want to hear about your #BassDayEver on the water. Where were you? Who were you with? What did you catch? Why was it memorable? Drop us a note in our Feedback section.

In the first installment (embedded below), BassFan editor Todd Ceisner is joined by Major League Fishing Bass Pro Tour competitor Jared Lintner, whose #BassDayEver, a day at Clear Lake some 14 1/2 years ago, set the tone for his career as a pro angler.
