CastAway Graphite Rods announced today it has added Bassmaster Elite Series angler Russ Lane to its pro staff for 2013.

"We've been very impressed with Russ and are pleased to be working with him," said CastAway's Adam Murray. "He is a true professional who is not only great at what he does, he also enjoys sharing his expertise and love of fishing with others. We're proud to be associated with Russ and we know he'll be a great representative for CastAway."

Said Lane, "I bought and used CastAway rods for years while fishing local team tournaments. Recently, I decided to go back to my roots and use CastAway rods again. The Skeleton series is just a perfect fit for my fishing style. Durability and precise actions are what I'm looking for and these guys deliver on both fronts. I truly can't tell you how excited I am to start the year off at the Bassmaster Classic with a CastAway rod in my hand."
