Canterbury signs with HALO

HALO Fishing has announced the addition of FLW Tour angler Scott Canterbury to Team HALO.

The former FLW Tour Rookie of the Year and runner-up in the 2012 Forrest Wood Cup will be using HALO rods during the upcoming season, which kicks off Thursday at Lake Okeechobee.

ďIím excited to join HALO,Ē said Canterbury. ďItís a growing rod company that builds really good rods. They work with the anglers to build rods and adjust rods to suit our needs and thatís what Iím excited about.

ďI like the sensitivity of the rods and the bend. The bend of the rod really fights the fish for you. Some rods are really stiff with just a backbone and a tip but these HALO rods have a parabolic bend all the way down. You donít lose many fish and thatís because of the action of the rod.Ē
