Classic draw determined

At the B.A.S.S. offices this morning, the boat draw for day 1 of next month’s Bassmaster Classic was done by employees of B.A.S.S.

Reigning Elite Series Angler of the Year Brent Chapman was awarded boat No. 1 for the opening day of competition at Grand Lake, while defending Classic champ Chris Lane was given boat No. 2. The remaining 51 spots were determined by a random draw.

The first flight will consist of boats 1-27 and the second flight will feature boats 28-53. The order will invert on day 2 before the field cuts to the Top 25 on day 3.
